By downloading, installing, or using "Solar System Explorer" on your Meta Quest device, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. License to Use
Ravit Dev grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use "Solar System Explorer" on your Meta Quest device for personal, educational, and non-commercial use.
3. Use Restrictions
You may not: copy, modify, or create derivative works of "Solar System Explorer", attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the application, rent, lease, lend, sell, or distribute the application or any part of it, use the application for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
4. User Content
"Solar System Explorer" does not currently allow for the creation of user content. Future updates may include this feature, and these terms will be updated accordingly.
5. Updates and Maintenance
Ravit Dev may release periodic updates for "Solar System Explorer". These updates may include new features, improvements, and bug fixes. Updates may be automatic and are necessary for the continued safe operation of the application.
6. Disclaimer
"Solar System Explorer" is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Ravit Dev does not guarantee that the application will be error-free or operate uninterrupted.
7. Limitation of Liability
Ravit Dev will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use "Solar System Explorer".
8. Minimum Age
"Solar System Explorer" is intended for users 13 years of age or older.
9. Changes to Terms
Ravit Dev reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Meta Quest store or our website.
